How much does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide at a flat rate of €2.99 per order.
When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 6 to 12 days, wherever you are.
Will I pay customs duties?
Prices include French VAT. Outside the European Union, local duties and taxes may be charged on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
Returns
Can I return a band?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, unworn and in its original packaging. Send us your order number and we will reply with the instructions.
When will I be refunded?
Within 14 days of receiving your return, using your original payment method.
The bands
Which device are the bands compatible with?
Our bands are designed to be compatible with Google Fitbit Air. If in doubt about your model, write to us before ordering.
How do I attach the band?
Slide your tracker into the band’s holder until it clicks into place, then adjust the strap to your wrist.
How do I care for my band?
Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild soap, rinse and let it air dry flat. Avoid the washing machine, the dryer and bleach to protect the embroidery.
