Shipping rates

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of €2.99 per order, whatever the destination and the number of items.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery usually takes 6 to 12 days after shipping, wherever you are.

These times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak periods or because of the carrier or customs.

Customs duties and taxes

Prices include French VAT. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. They are not included in the product price or the shipping cost and are paid by the recipient.

Delivery address

Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel lost or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@lorenzi-paris.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or a refund.
